Heart and Fire Training, a newly established company driven by a deeply personal mission. After experiencing the profound loss of my father to a heart-related illness, I was inspired to create Heart and Fire Training with the aim of empowering and inspiring others to save lives. 

My journey towards this mission has been shaped by a diverse and extensive background in service. I spent 13 years in the Army, serving as a sergeant in Northern Ireland and Bosnia. In 2002, I transitioned to a career with Merseyside Police, where I dedicated myself to serving as an operational frontline officer until my retirement in March 2023. 

In the wake of my retirement, I sought to requalify my military training and qualifications, becoming an instructor in First Aid and Fire Marshal/Warden courses. This diverse and rich experience has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to guide others in life-saving techniques and emergency response. 

Heart and Fire Training is more than just a company; it is a tribute to my father and a testament to the importance of being prepared for life's unexpected moments. 

My mission is to inspire and educate individuals, equipping them with the tools and confidence to make a difference when it matters most.
